Only what you type into the contact form: name, email address and the message itself. The form sends them to a serverless function on this site, which forwards them to my inbox by email. They are not stored in a database or added to any marketing list.

The email is delivered through Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), which acts as data processor on my behalf; Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) is configured only as a fallback provider. Because Resend is based outside the European Union, delivering the message may involve a transfer of data to the United States under the safeguards set out in its data processing terms.

If you book a call, the link takes you to Calendly, which collects the data needed for the booking under its own privacy policy.

I use your data for one reason: to reply to you and, if a project follows, to manage the working relationship. I don’t use it for newsletters, profiling or advertising, and I don’t pass it to third parties. I keep emails for as long as the conversation, or the tax obligations of an actual engagement, requires.

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Typefaces are served from this site, so your browser makes no requests to third-party font services.

If you switch the annotations off, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage, on your device only. It is never sent to me.

The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., United States). Like any web server, it keeps technical access logs, such as IP address, time and requested page, for security and operation.

Under the GDPR you can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, or object. One email to hello@valeriodonfrancesco.pro is enough; I reply within thirty days. If you believe your data is handled improperly you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
